“Connect AI” lets an AI assistant you already use — such as ChatGPT or Claude — read your shop's ledger and record into it, with your permission. You ask in plain words and it answers from your own numbers.
“How much did I sell this week?” “Who owes me?” “What's running low?” — answered from your shop's data.
“Record a sale”, “a customer paid off some debt”, “add an item” — it is recorded in the app as if you had done it.
You choose what it may do, cancel the link in one tap, and watch how much it used this month.
Only the shop owner or partner can do this.
The link needs a plan that includes it, and it may not be available in every country or plan yet. If you don't see it in the app, check “Plans” there. Some AI tools also require their own paid plan to add a custom connector.
Any program, script or automation tool that can send a web request can use the connection. Use the same connection key in an Authorization header.

No. The connection reaches the shop's business data only.
No. Creating and cancelling the link is for the shop owner and partner only.
Once the month's calls are used up, each call uses some of your AI points (1 per call), and you can buy more points. When the points run out the connection pauses until you buy more or next month starts.
It counts against your plan's monthly limit; you'll see the number on the “Connect AI” screen.
