اطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك
اكتب البريد الذي سجّلت به في رَفيق — دفترك وحياتك بمكان، ونرسل إليه رابط تأكيد. بالضغط عليه يُحذف حسابك.

اكتب رقمك مع مفتاح البلد (مثل +963944123456)، فنرسل إليه كود تأكيد برسالة أو واتساب.

تطبيق «رَفيق للأعمال» (للأعمال) — com.getrafeeq.business
- افتح التطبيق وسجّل دخولك، ثم المزيد ← الإعدادات ← حسابي.
- في آخر الصفحة اضغط «احذف حسابي»، واقرأ ما سيُمسح وما سيبقى.
- اطلب كود التأكيد (يصل رقمك المؤكَّد، أو رابطٌ على بريدك إن لم يكن لك رقم)، ثم اكتب الكود والجملة «احذف حسابي» واضغط الزرّ.
- فورًا: يُقفل حسابك وتخرج من كلّ أجهزتك. بعد ١٤ يومًا يُمحى نهائيًّا حسابك ومحلّك وكلّ بياناته (بما فيها زبائنك وصورك وأوراقك ومحادثاتك). تتراجع قبلها بالدخول بنفس الرقم.
- صاحب فريق: انقل الملكيّة أوّلًا؛ لا يُحذف عمل غيرك. الاشتراك في Google Play لا يُلغى تلقائيًّا — ألغِه من Play.
- النسخ الاحتياطيّة تزول منها بياناتك خلال ٧ أيّام. ما يبقى: فواتير الاشتراك والدفع (بلا اسمك) وسجلّ مشتريات Google Play وأثر التجربة المجانية.
التطبيق الشخصيّ «رَفيق — دفترك وحياتك بمكان» — من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع لمن يستطيع الدخول)
- افتح رَفيق وسجّل دخولك.
- اذهب إلى حسابي، ثم افتح «🗑️ احذف حسابي» في آخر الصفحة.
- اكتب الجملة المطلوبة للتأكيد، ثم اضغط «احذف حسابي».
ما يحدث بعدها
- فورًا: يُقفل حسابك، وتخرج من كلّ أجهزتك، ولا يصلك أيّ تذكير.
- بعد ١٤ يومًا: تُمحى نهائيًّا بياناتك كلّها — يومياتك وصحتك ومالك وعباداتك وملفاتك وصوتك. وخلال هذه الأيام تستطيع التراجع بتسجيل الدخول فقط.
- النسخ الاحتياطيّة: تزول منها بياناتك خلال ٣٠ يومًا على الأكثر.
- ما يبقى: سجلّ الفواتير المدفوعة (الرقم والمبلغ والتاريخ) بلا أيّ محتوى من حياتك — لأن القانون يُلزمنا بحفظ الحسابات.
- الأسرة: ما شاركته مع أسرتك ينتقل إليها أو يُحذف بحسب اختيارك قبل الحذف؛ وما هو خاصّ بك يُحذف.

How to delete your account: use the form at the top of this page (no sign-in needed) — we email you a confirmation link and deletion starts as soon as you click it. Or, inside the app, open My account (حسابي) and tap Delete my account (🗑️ احذف حسابي).
What is deleted: everything you wrote — journal, health records, medications, cycle and pregnancy data, sleep logs, finances, worship records, tasks, uploaded files and voice notes — plus your name and email.
Timing: the account is closed immediately; all data is erased within 14 days (you can cancel by signing in during that period), and removed from backups within 30 days at most.
What is kept: paid invoice records only (number, amount, date) with no personal content, as required by accounting law.
Business app (رَفيق للأعمال, package com.getrafeeq.business): in the app go to More → Settings → My account → Delete my account; confirm with a one-time code sent to your verified phone (or a link emailed to you if you have no verified phone) and type the confirmation phrase. Or use the phone-number form at the top of this page. The account is locked immediately and permanently erased after 14 days (your shop, its customers' records, photos, papers and chat history included); signing in again with the same number before that cancels it. Backups are cleared within 7 days after erasure. Kept: subscription and payment invoices without your name, Google Play purchase records, and a free-trial marker. If you have team members you must transfer ownership first. A Google Play subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account — cancel it in Google Play.
